Yes, you allowed many of the profiles to be even funnier by using stolen pictures from many actors or models and yes, you're the king of the jungle. You’re playing and keep controlling who's going to be deleted and what is the "path" to get back, disaster. I think that the movements I made before were honest and I want to show that some Nigerian or Russian scam or even the people I know, the frustrated, are all spread it in this side and are able to cause a total side effects in the life of the real profiles.
Right now I'm still learning and asking my self what is the purpose of the services that this site provide to all the normal and real profiles.

Can the police do this?

Overall, I'm happy with POF, I just wanted to inform you that Catholics should not be shown as compatible with other religions- the Catholic church do not let their members marry any other. I am not a Catholic myself, will not message one unless her profile strongly suggests that she doesn't take her religion very seriously, otherwise the result becomes a very problematic match. Currently my matches are chock full of religiously incompatible women, and I have no intention of changing my religion to a non-protestant religion. I ca accept any other religion that can accept mine, but the Catholic church is intolerant of other Christian religions excepting Anglican. I am versed in this subject.
A second thought- My matches show me pictures, but no info, I would much rather know first if they live close to me than what they look like- these are human beings, not commodities in a grocery store. Personally, I don't want to have to deal with international borders complicating things as my community is closer to Detroit than some of its suburbs and I am in Canada, I am limited in mobility, and I'm certain that my matches won't want to deal with customs every time they want a decent date. some one has set up an account in my friends name and she is getting calls and texts off people on pof. she is getting very distressed by this and would like the profile removed. what can she do?? surely this is illegal

I did not sign up for POF, but they had an account anyway. I want to terminate the account because they used my actual name as my user's name. The account cannot be terminated without paying $ 38.
There ought to be a law against this kind of rip-off site.

I had 5040 points this morning and tried to add a theme because after 5000 pts you are supposed to be able to do that. After I tried adding it several times and went to check to see if it took on my profile, there was no theme! Then I tried again, pushed the purchase button, selected the theme again and still nothing. Now it says I have no points and no theme! I contacted them several times and am waiting for a response. Why did they remove any contact phone nos? I called one that I found and it says restricted when I try to call it. I hope they let me get a theme, otherwise saying we can obtain one after 5000 pts and then not letting you do it is dishonest! I have always liked Plentyoffish and wish they would make things easier. This is not the only issue I have had. Sometimes they respond to requests and other times, they just totally ignore you.

Good news guys this is the #604-692-2542 I talked to a lady and she said the reason why we cant log in after making more then one account is because after you was deleted before the system locks you out erases your profile pics info and all and ur not allowed to sign up again....so after your first account is deleted even for no reason theres no getting back on even if you continue getting emails....she wouldnt tell me why I was deleted though some hater must of reported me after i turned them down

i have been trying to get my details deleted and also the pointless customer servicve emails i receive stopped but despite numerous emails to customer service making these requests ( last count i had made 6 requests) i am still getting customer service updates and my account is still active.

There is a serious issue right now on POF. Someone has taken my picture and created a fake profile in an attempt to ruin my current relationship. I too was dropped for no reason that I know of. Last week I was informed that my photo was pornographic and it was deleted. It was not pornographic and was on my profile for over a year. This week I went to log on and was told my password didn't work. Entered my email address and was told I didn't exist. I used another email address, was on for a day, then was deleted again. I have been blocked and blocked people over the past year but don't think either happened excessively. I've enjoyed the site and would like to continue to do so if I could just resign up. Any help??

Ok so I registered a pof account like 4-5 days ago and after I entered all my information and created the profile I was able to send mail to others go to my inbox, ect... Until I signed out and tried to come back a couple hours later to sign back in I keep getting this error message saying you need to go to "internet options" and set your cookies to lower setting to "accept cookies" so I make sure that my web browser is set that way in fact on all my web browsers, Internet explore, Mozilla, Opera, ect they are all set to "accept all cookies" yet everytime I try signing on it still gives me that stupid message to set the cookies to a low setting to accept the cookies so I CAN NOT sign into my account ever since I registered the darn thing 4 days ago!!
