Lap to shuts down with a time / date error
The lap top isn't even 6mths old and I've been getting several time errors that forces a shut down, loosing any open information. I took the lap top to my computer tech and he changed the battery that controls the memory of the time and date.
It was Ok for a few weeks and its back. There 3 of us the bought the same computer at the same time and I'm the only one that's having trouble. Maybe a dud I'm not sure.
