Match.Com Customer Service: Actual Telephone Numbers?
It looks like Match.com's Canadian Operations can still only be contacted through the website, but I know better. I know, I know, we all hate using webforms to contact support when a phone call would work better. We all know that talking with a human is more fun than dealing with text on a computer, you'd think an online dating site would understand such a concept. I guess Match.com doesn't get it, but E-Harmony does (sorta).
You can call these numbers to cancel, learn more about the service, figure out your billing problems, or maybe even just for general help with this service

If you need to contact them for help, you can also do so online at Match.com's Contact Us Page, even for complex Match.com billing/account/payment problems.
If they're charging your credit card when they shouldn't, you might be able to call your credit card company and get a "Chargeback" done. This means that your credit card company holds your payment hostage until the company resolves the situation. Actions like that may very well get them moving. There are other online dating companies out there, some of which are even free.

I hate this service. Not only is it difficult to get rid of the potiental matches on the site, there is not a legimate place to cancel the account on their site. BUYEr BEWARE

I have called twice to cancel. I only ordered for a month and got three months due to their negligence of canceling when requested. The attorney general should look into this scam and have them fined for something like this.

Match was great for me. But trying to cancel was not so easy. I had set the subscription to cancel. I looked at my debit account today and it was in pending. I looked for a phone number for a while -but could not find anything, tried to email them from their 'contact us' form. The SEND button greyed and then did nothing. I tried several times. After Google search and read for about 5 minutes I found a phone number 800-926-2824. It works!!! - I got a customer service guy right away and they took care of it. They make it hard to contact them, I don't appreciate that. But overall I met some really nice guys - just not the right one yet.. need a break for now, but I would do it again.
Match.Com Billed Me!
Sneaky bastards setup their billing agreement with PayPal and started charging me! Only AFTER the automatic billing took place was I aware of it and that was after PayPal paid them! You only get the option to Prevent Their Future Billing AFTER they get paid a second time! Now I have to fight with Match to get my money back!

Signed up, paid, next day someone hacked my account and then it's almost impossible to get things resolved. Not worth the hassle.
