Manulife Financial is one of Canada's largest financial companies, with a whole ton of international operations too.

Their phone numbers can be a bit hard to find as they have so many products and operations, so I've created this page with all of the telephone numbers in one place.
Manulife's website is also horrendous, and doesn't work on 3 major web browsers that I tried to use.

Manulife Complaints

Generally, with any consumer complaints, work from the bottom up. If you don't get what you want from the CSR you call, try calling another CSR at another time and re-tell your story. If this strategy fails, ask the Customer Service Rep for a manager in that department.
If that doesn't work, ask for your complaint to be moved up to the complaints unit, or the Client Relations Department.
Even if that doesn't work, there are still various consumer organizations (like the Ombudsman for Life and Health Insurance) that can help out.
Use your own judgement as for when you think you should proceed in a written manner instead of with phone calls.
