ING Insurance Rebrands as Intact Insurance

ING Insurance in Canada has rebranded as Dutch parent at all anymore, they sold off the division because the Dutch parent was running out of money and the Canadian division had value (ie: the Canadian division actually sold products and services for more than they cost, while the Dutch division, for some reason, didn't).

I have no idea where they get these names from.

If you're unhappy with their services, be sure to shop around, there are TONS of providers of insurance services in Canada, the big banks, especially BMO, are trying to sell insurance services more and more, and actually aren't allowed to do so within their own branches, so they have to market to you in other ways.
